3. Trotter’s Whole Hog BBQ
We can never have enough delicious BBQ in the Smokies! Trotter's Whole Hog BBQ is now open in Sevierville! This downtown Sevierville restaurant offers authentic East Tennessee BBQ. All of the pigs are born, raised, slaughtered, sourced, and prepared within Sevier County, and local ingredients like sorghum are featured in menu items, from BBQ sauce to sides. The restaurant also offers counter service, table seating, a high-tech self-serve craft beer experience, and an outdoor stage where live music is performed on the weekends.

In the mood for dessert? Andy's Frozen Custard is open now in Sevierville! For more than 35 years, Andy’s has been using the freshest ingredients to offer visitors a frozen custard experience they can’t get anywhere else.
