Are you having a hard time figuring out how you will see everything while you’re on vacation in Pigeon Forge? When you catch a ride on the Pigeon Forge trolley, you won’t have any problems seeing everything along the Pigeon Forge Parkway.

The Pigeon Forge trolley began their service in 1986. Since, the trolley service has grown to having over 100 trolley stops in Pigeon Forge, and over 30 trolley vehicles serving visitors throughout the area.

Save time from finding parking spots at each location in Pigeon Forge, and save money by not having to pay for parking fees or gas for your car. The Pigeon Forge trolley is definitely the most affordable transportation in the area, and it’s incredibly safe and convenient for everyone.

Here’s the trolley schedule and costs for each route:

North Parkway

  • Cost: .50
  • From Patriot Park, this trolley travels north through Pigeon Forge toward Sevierville. It turns around and heads south and returns to Patriot Park every 20 minutes.

South Parkway

  • Cost: .50
  • From Patriot Park, this trolley travels to traffic light #6, then turns west onto Pine Mountain Road. The trolley does return to the Parkway, and will drop off and pick up at Dixie Stampede at the far end of Pigeon Forge. It will make this route every 20 minutes.

  • Cost: .75
  • This is a non-stop trolley ride to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. It travels along the “spur??? (the short road that connects Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge) to reach the Welcome Center, then returns to Patriot Park. It arrives every 30 minutes.

Dollywood

  • Cost: .50
  • To save money on parking at Dollywood, take this trolley! It travels between Patriot Park and Dollywood every 15 minutes, and will drop you off right at the main gate at Dollywood.

Dolly’s Splash Country

  • Cost: .50
  • This Pigeon Forge trolley will also save you money because you won’t have to park at Dolly’s Splash Country. It travels from Patriot Park to Splash Country every 20 minutes; it will also drop you off at the main gate.

Wears Valley

  • Cost: .50
  • This trolley travels throughout Pigeon Forge. It makes stops along Teaster Lane, the Parkway and down Wears Valley Road. It arrives every 20 minutes.

Children ages 3 and younger ride the Pigeon Forge trolley for free. Day passes are also available at the Patriot Park trolley service center. Day passes for the Pigeon Forge trolley cost $2.50 per rider, but are the most affordable option if you plan to take multiple rides on the trolley throughout the day. Instead of gathering up exact change at each stop, you can just buy a day pass, so you won’t have to worry about anything, and you can get on and off the trolley as often as you’d like.
