1. The Old Mill Candy Kitchen

Located across from Pigeon Forge’s historic grist mill, The Old Mill Candy Kitchen is a can’t-miss destination for anyone with a sweet tooth. All of the fudge at the Candy Kitchen is made the old fashioned way, in copper kettles. Before your visit to the shop, be sure to pick up a coupon book at the Pigeon Forge Welcome Center, which usually includes a coupon for a free ½ pound of fudge with the purchase of 1 pound. The Old Mill Candy Kitchen offers a wide selection of fudge flavors, including a seasonal pumpkin fudge that is extremely popular!

2. The Fudgery

It’s not surprising that a store called The Fudgery has some of the very best fudge in Pigeon Forge! Situated at The Island shopping complex, The Fudgery offers many varieties of mouth watering fudge, such as chocolate peanut butter, maple nut, and rocky road. The Fudgery is also famous for its entertainment: visitors can watch the fudge being made and listen to the employees do some singing. Samples at The Fudgery are always free, so you can try before you buy.

3. Goats on the Roof

Hidden away in Wears Valley, Goats on the Roof may be a little off the beaten path, but it is definitely worth a visit! This unique attraction takes its name from the live goats who reside on the building’s roof. In addition to its four-legged residents, Goats on the Roof is also famous for its creamy fudge. While the shop carries normal fudge flavors, guests can also try unusual concoctions like ghost pepper fudge!

4. Country Candy Kitchen

The fudge at Country Candy Kitchen is made fresh each day using an original homemade recipe that has been perfected over the course of 50 years. Hand stirred in copper kettles, the fudge at the Candy Kitchen comes in a number of popular varieties, including chocolate walnut, vanilla pecan, chocolate turtle, peanut butter, and orange creamsicle. Besides fudge, Country Candy Kitchen sells fantastic caramel apples, salt water taffy, peanut brittle, and chocolate covered treats.

5. Big Rock Candy Kitchen
